The Honking Goose Inn and Christian Retreat is located on 91 acres in the hills of Eastern Ohio, one mile north of the tiny village of Amsterdam. Open to all, The Honking Goose Inn is especially created for the purpose of restoration, retreat, intentional prayer and seeking God. Trails through the forest and two lakes offer rest and enjoyment.

Bedrooms

The Inn has 8 bedrooms of which three are currently available. Each comfortably appointed room has a private bath, desk and chairs, wireless internet and individually thermostat-controlled heating and cooling. One room is handicap accessible another room, to be opened soon, includes a private 2- person Jacuzzi and fireplace.

The Inn serves hot breakfast daily. Enjoy meals such as a delicious egg casserole or hearty blueberry French toast.

Sitting Areas

There is a conference room for meetings, a kitchen, café, 4 sitting areas – one with a fireplace, a study and plenty of Christian books and tapes to enjoy. Upcoming area event

Hope Invasion

Aug. 5-7, 7 pm nightly at Rogers Park, Amsterdam, OH

Pastor David Cordeau will be speaking under a large tent.  David, a Vietnam veteran, travels the world telling others about Hope through Jesus Christ.  A contemporary Christian band will play popular music.   David will also be praying for people, expecting God to demonstrate His powerful love through answered prayer.  David has seen God do amazing miracles including blind eyes opened.  The event is free and refreshments are provided.

Area Christians are gathering for prayer for the Ohio Valley region and the event on Monday nights at 7 pm at The Honking Goose Inn.  All are welcome.

We are expecting God to touch many lives through Jesus Christ.
